Ako voliš kokosovo ulje i mlijeko, pripremi se da obožavaš i kokosov puter. U pitanju je čista, prirodna krema bogatog ukusa i svilenkaste teksture, koju možeš pripremiti kod kuće – bez aditiva, bez konzervansa i bez komplikacija. Sve što ti treba jeste jedan sastojak i dobar blender.
Kako se pravi?
Priprema je jednostavna: 300 grama kokosa u prahu ubaci u procesor za hranu ili snažan blender. Uključi uređaj i blendaj sve dok se ne stvori gusta, kremasta masa. Proces može potrajati nekoliko minuta, a tokom blendanja po potrebi zaustavite uređaj da kašikom sastružeš kokos sa zidova posude – i nastavi dok ne dobiješ glatku teksturu sličnu puteru.
Ako voliš eksperimentisanje, u ovu bazu možeš dodati malo morske soli, kokosovog šećera ili ekstrakta vanile – za još bogatiji i aromatičniji ukus.

Notes: This will become quite hard and solid at room temp once it cools. You can spoon this onto a hot food/meals and it’ll soften. Kokosov puter je nevjerovatno svestran. Namaži ga na tost, dodaj u ovsenu kašu ili preko svježeg voća, koristi kao kremasti dodatak u smutijima, ili ga otopi i prelij preko kolača i palačinki. Savršen je i kao zamjena za klasične kremove u veganskim receptima.

Dobijeni puter čuvaj u staklenoj tegli na sobnoj temperaturi – hladnjak nije potreban, jer bi se u njemu potpuno stvrdnuo. Najbolje je da ga potrošiš u roku od četiri nedelje, iako vjerujemo da neće trajati ni približno toliko.
